Lae - Early Works & Infrastructure Project Information Session -

The Lae Chamber of Commerce & Industry, in collaboration with TotalEnergies EP PNG, the operator of the Papua LNG project, hosted a Early Works & Infrastructure Project Information Session on Thursday, 1st of June 2023 to provide updates on the Project.

The event was held at the Lae International Hotel from 7:00am to 9:00am and aimed to provide a comprehensive update on the progress of the Papua LNG project.

The Breakfast meeting served as an informative platform, offering insights into various aspects of the Project, including the Upstream Project Packages, Contracts & Procurement, Supplier Management Portal, the Enterprise Centre, and the PNG Wan workforce.

A significant highlight of the session was the discussion on the first Upstream Project Package, which encompasses the Preparatory Work leading to Project Early Works.
